The IVES/RYAN GROUP, INC. (I/RG) was
established in 1973 for the purpose of providing
design consulting services to both the public and
private sectors. I/RG maintains a staff of
registered professionals who specialize in land
planning, zoning, landscape architecture, golf
course architecture, park & recreation design,
and community planning. The Ives/Ryan Group
has participated on projects in 20 states to date.

I/RG is headed by John M. Ryan, ASLA, who
serves as Corporate President. Mr. Ryan, a
founder of the original company, administers the
firm's landscape architecture department. Mr.
Ryan's career includes 38 years of experience in
landscape architecture and land planning in
twelve states, as well as teaching, public
speaking and garden study in Europe.

John Benning, ASLA became a partner in 1989
and serves as corporate Vice President. Mr.
Benning joined the company in 1984 and became
Director of Planning of the Ives/Ryan Group, Inc.
in 1986. His 27 years of professional experience
include land planning, zoning, expert witness
testimony and cost benefit analyses.

I/RG has an established reputation for providing
creative design concepts which are realistic,
functional and budget sensitive. Our company is

team interaction. The Ives/Ryan Group has been
recognized for design excellence, having
received 46 national, state, & local awards.
